Adia Barnes has been serving as the head coach of the University of Arizona Wildcats women’s basketball since April 2016. Adia first met her future husband in Italy. After dating for a few years, she tied the knot with Salvo on 04 July 2012. Since then, they have been supporting each other and living happily with their two kids.

Adia is the daughter of former NFL player Pete Barnes. Her parents divorced when she was only three years old. Sadly, her father passed away on 03 May 2018 from Alzheimer’s disease at the age of 72.
