Javen Cannon

Javen Cannon, also known as King Cannon, is a well-known comedian and writer famous for his regular appearances in Wild ‘N Out on MTV and VH1. He has been part of the improv comedy show since season 13.  

Originally from San Diego, California, Javen Cannon was born on January 20, 1996, under the star sign Aquarius. The 28-year-old TV actor is American by nationality and belongs to the African-American ethnicity. He is a graduate of Howard University.

After graduating from university, Javen started walking in his eldest brother’s footsteps in the entertainment industry. Initially, he served as a production assistant for MTV’s improv comedy show Wild ‘N Out. He became a regular cast member of the show on season 13, where he appeared in 6 episodes.

Parents, Siblings, and Family

Javen is one of five children born to his father, James Cannon. He is the younger half-brother of Nick Cannon. His three other siblings are – Gabriel, Reuben, and Caleb. Growing up, the brothers were surrounded by gang violence but found refuge in the church, where they grew interested in music and performing.

Javen’s brothers – Reuben and Gabriel – are currently focused on building their music careers. The two have even collaborated on the song Bow My Head. 

Javen’s father, James, had Nick with his first partner, Beth, at just 7 and later welcomed four sons with an ex-wife. The five brothers are incredibly close
