Kai Greene, known as ‘The Predator,’ is one of the greatest bodybuilders who gained global recognition for his incredible physique. Throughout his career, he won numerous bodybuilding competitions and placed highly in Mr. Olympia shows. The retired bodybuilder is now serving as ISSA’s first global ambassador.
Originally from New York City, U.S., Kai Greene was born on 12 July 1975 under the star sign Cancer. The 45-year-old retired professional bodybuilder is American by nationality and belongs to African-American ethnicity. He used to misbehave in school, which could be the result of a difficult childhood.

Greene started developing his physique from the age of 13. His 7th grade English teacher introduced him to bodybuilding and encouraged him to compete in teen shows. He then won numerous unofficial teen bodybuilding competitions over the next five years. By the age of 19, he’d already earned his Pro Card in the 1994 NGA American Nationals.
At the age of 22, Greene competed at the 1997 NPC Team Universe Championships and finished in the second position. He then placed third and sixth in the 1998 NPC’s and 1999 World Amateur Championship respectively. In late 1999, he won the NPC Team Universe Championship for the first time.

Greene became an IFBB professional bodybuilder at the age of 24. After placing fourth in the 1999 World Championships, he took a break for four years and made his comeback at the 2005 New York Pro. He then entered in different shows but couldn’t perform better. Finally, he won his first professional bodybuilding competition, taking home the 2007 Shawn Ray Colorado Pro/Arm Classic at the age of 32.
His biggest victory to date is the Arnold Classic in 2009. He then competed in Mr. Olympia shows six times from 2009 to 2015 but couldn’t win the one. Throughout his career, he won five Arnold Classic, which cemented his place as one of the greatest bodybuilders.
Apart from bodybuilding, Greene is also a master sculptor, actor, and entrepreneur. He has his own supplements company, which is a respectable brand in the industry. He is one of the wealthiest bodybuilders. As of December 2020, his net worth is estimated at $1 million.

Greene tends to keep his personal life a top-notch secret. He hasn’t revealed anything about his love life. Despite being in his mid-40s, he is seemingly unmarried and single at the same time. He is not in a romantic relationship with anybody at least in the public eye. However, he was previously in a relationship with a professional bodybuilder, Dayana Cadeau.
