Daniel announced through his Instagram account by sharing a 10-minute video. In the video, he started developing a scratchy throat while flying back home after the series was halted due to the pandemic. Then, he self-quarantined and showed symptoms like body aches, fever, and chest tightness.
After consoling with his doctor, he was requested to test for the Coronavirus (COVID-2019) and got tested at a drive-thru testing center in Honolulu.
When the test was positive, Daniel wasn’t hospitalized and started treating with rest, medicine, and liquids as per the doctor requested. As for now, he is gradually recovering from the pandemic.
