Katie Sowers is an American football assistant coach who served San Francisco 49ers as an offensive assistant coach from 2017 to 2021. In 2020, she broke gender barriers, becoming the first female and gay coach to make it to the Super Bowl. Besides, she is the second woman in NFL history to work as a full-time assistant coach.
