Youn Yuh-jung is a South Korean actress who stood as a trailblazer in 2021. She made history as the first South Korean actress ever to be nominated for an Academy Award for her endearing performance as “Soonja” in A24’s “Minari.”
Originally from Kaesong Special City, North Korea, Youn Yuh-jung was born on 19 June 1947 under the star sign Gemini.
